2. Information Collection and Non-Custodial Nature

AKC BOT is a non-custodial algorithmic tool. We DO NOT hold, transfer, or store your funds or trading deposits. All deposits and withdrawals remain directly with your regulated broker (such as XM Global Limited).

• Broker Account Credentials: To enable automated grid and DCA order execution, your MT5 Account ID and Server are utilized to establish an API bridge to your broker's MetaTrader terminal.
• No Sensitive Financial Data: We never collect or store credit card numbers, bank accounts, or personal withdrawal PINs.

3. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer

IMPORTANT RISK WARNING: Trading financial instruments (including Foreign Exchange, Gold XAUUSD, and Cryptocurrencies like BTCUSD) involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. While AKC BOT employs algorithmic safeguards such as -$50 Hard Stop Loss and News Defense filters, past simulated or live results do not guarantee future profits.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data in transit between your mobile client and trading automation bridges. Credentials are never sold, rented, or distributed to third-party advertising networks.
